Returns Policy

Return eligibility, exchanges, and refund timing for Trendline Tees orders.

We want you to feel great in every order. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

  • Return window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, original condition, with tags/packaging where applicable.
  • Faulty/wrong items: Contact us within 7 days with photos.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are usually reflected within 5 - 10 business days after processing.

1) Return window and eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed,
  • in original condition,
  • and include original tags/packaging where applicable.

2) Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • final sale or clearance items,
  • gift cards,
  • items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the issue,
  • and a short description of what went wrong.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4) Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, email [email protected] and we’ll confirm exchange options based on current stock.

5) Return shipping responsibility

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your bank/payment provider to complete processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where we made an error.
